Troupe Studios may not receive or store complete payment card numbers when payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.

We may continue to send nonmarketing communications concerning:

Purchases;
Reservations;
Memberships;
Program participation;
Safety;

Customer-service requests.
B. Text Messages
When you provide a mobile telephone number and give any required consent, we may send text messages relating to:

Waitlists;
Schedule changes;

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or Services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You can disable push notifications through your device settings.
9. Photographs, Video, and Audio
Troupe Studios may photograph or record classes, rehearsals, performances, events, competitions, and other studio activities.
When required, we will obtain a separate photo, video, audio, or publicity release before using an identifiable participant’s name, image, voice, likeness, or performance for promotional or commercial purposes.
For a minor, the required authorization must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
Even when promotional media permission has not been provided, participants may appear incidentally in crowd, background, event, or security footage where permitted by law.
Participants and visitors may not record other people without permission.
10. Children’s and Teen Privacy
Our general Services are not intended to allow children under 13 to independently create accounts, make purchases, or provide personal information without involvement from a parent or legal guardian.
A parent or legal guardian should create or authorize accounts and registrations for participants under 18.
If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information directly without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete or appropriately address the information.

You may request deletion of your Troupe Studios account and associated personal information by:

We may verify your identity before completing a request.
Deleting the mobile application from a device does not delete the underlying account.
Account deletion may not automatically cancel an active membership or eliminate outstanding payment obligations. Membership cancellations must follow the applicable membership or purchase agreement.
Following a verified deletion request, we will delete or deidentify information associated with the account unless retention is reasonably necessary or legally permitted for purposes such as:
Completing transactions;
Maintaining payment, tax, and accounting records;
Enforcing agreements;
Detecting fraud;
Protecting safety;
Maintaining waivers and participation records;
Responding to disputes;

Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
