Troupe Studios Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, booking platforms, accounts, physical facilities, classes, programs, memberships, events, digital content, and other services offered by Troupe Brand LLC, doing business as Troupe Studios (“Troupe Studios,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These services are collectively referred to as the “Services.”

By creating an account, accessing our website or mobile application, purchasing a membership or class package, making a reservation, entering Troupe Studios, or participating in any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. About Troupe Studios

Troupe Studios is a dance, movement, performance, and professional-development studio located at:

Troupe Studios
250 N. Bishop Ave, Suite 240A
Dallas, TX 75208
Email: contact@troupestudios.co

Troupe Studios offers dance classes, athletic and movement training, workshops, rehearsals, private instruction, youth and teen programs, professional-development programs, performances, competitions, events, filmed projects, community experiences, and related services.

Certain online account, scheduling, reservation, payment, communication, and mobile application functions may be provided through Mariana Tek or other third-party service providers.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to independently create an account, purchase a membership, authorize recurring payments, or accept these Terms.

A participant under 18 years old may access or participate in the Services only with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

The parent or legal guardian of a minor participant must:

  • Create or authorize the minor’s account;

  • Provide accurate information concerning the minor;

  • Accept these Terms on the minor’s behalf;

  • Sign all required waivers, releases, consents, and program agreements;

  • Accept financial responsibility for purchases and fees;

  • Ensure that the minor follows all studio rules and policies; and

  • Remain responsible for the minor’s transportation, arrival, departure, and participation unless Troupe Studios agrees otherwise in writing.

By accepting these Terms for a minor, you represent that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian or that you otherwise have legal authority to act on the minor’s behalf.

Certain classes and programs may have additional age, experience, audition, or skill requirements.

3. Accounts and Account Information

Some Services require you to create an account through our website, mobile application, Mariana Tek-powered platform, or another approved service.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information, including your name, email address, telephone number, birthdate, emergency contact information, and payment information when applicable.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account information current;

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials;

  • All activity conducted through your account;

  • Preventing unauthorized access to your account; and

  • Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

You may not create an account using another person’s identity or provide false information concerning your age, identity, guardianship, eligibility, or payment authorization.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may integrate with or be supported by third-party platforms, including Mariana Tek, payment processors, mobile application providers, communications providers, analytics services, and other vendors.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable third party’s terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, outages, policies, or technical performance of third-party providers that are outside our reasonable control. However, this provision does not limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Reservations and Class Access

Reservations may be required for classes, workshops, events, private sessions, rehearsals, and other Services.

A reservation is not confirmed until it appears as confirmed in your account or you receive confirmation from Troupe Studios.

You agree to:

  • Reserve only spaces you reasonably intend to use;

  • Arrive with sufficient time to check in;

  • Follow all check-in procedures;

  • Cancel reservations within the applicable cancellation window;

  • Avoid reserving spaces for another person unless guest booking is expressly permitted; and

  • Maintain an eligible membership, package, or payment method for the reservation.

Reservations are personal and generally may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person without our permission.

Admission may be denied when a participant arrives late, has not completed required documentation, does not meet a class prerequisite, does not have valid access, or cannot safely participate.

6. Waitlists

Some classes or events may offer a waitlist.

By joining a waitlist, you authorize Troupe Studios or its booking platform to add you to the class if a space becomes available, subject to the procedures displayed during booking.

Once added from a waitlist, the reservation may be subject to the same cancellation and no-show policies as any other confirmed reservation.

You are responsible for monitoring your account, email, text messages, and application notifications for waitlist updates.

7. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Reservations must be canceled within the cancellation period communicated during booking or stated in the applicable membership, package, event, or program terms.

A late cancellation or failure to attend a reservation may result in:

  • Loss of the applicable class credit;

  • A late-cancellation fee;

  • A no-show fee;

  • Temporary restriction of booking privileges; or

  • Other consequences disclosed before purchase or booking.

The specific cancellation window and applicable fee may differ by class, membership, package, private session, workshop, rehearsal, event, or program.

Repeatedly reserving spaces without attending may result in suspension or termination of reservation privileges.

8. Purchases, Memberships, and Class Packages

Troupe Studios may offer:

  • Drop-in classes;

  • Class packages;

  • Recurring memberships;

  • Limited-term memberships;

  • Introductory offers;

  • Workshops and intensives;

  • Private or semi-private sessions;

  • Youth or teen programs;

  • Company and professional-development programs;

  • Event admission;

  • Merchandise; and

  • Other paid Services.

Each purchase may be subject to additional terms displayed at checkout or contained in a separate purchase or membership agreement.

Those additional terms may include:

  • Price;

  • Billing frequency;

  • Contract length;

  • Included credits or benefits;

  • Expiration dates;

  • Commitment periods;

  • Cancellation procedures;

  • Freeze or pause rules;

  • Upgrade and downgrade rules;

  • Late-cancellation and no-show fees;

  • Eligibility restrictions; and

  • Other offer-specific conditions.

When offer-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific purchase or membership terms will control with respect to that purchase.

9. Recurring Billing and Automatic Renewal

When you purchase an automatically renewing membership or subscription, you authorize Troupe Studios and its payment providers to charge the payment method associated with your account at the disclosed price and frequency until the membership is canceled in accordance with its applicable terms.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase:

  • Recurring charges will continue automatically;

  • You are responsible for canceling before the next scheduled charge;

  • Failing to use the Services does not automatically cancel a membership;

  • Removing the mobile application does not cancel a membership;

  • Expiration or replacement of a payment card does not necessarily terminate your payment obligation; and

  • Outstanding amounts remain due after cancellation.

The specific price, renewal frequency, commitment period, and cancellation process will be disclosed at or before purchase.

We may change recurring membership prices by providing any notice required by applicable law and the applicable membership agreement.

10. Payment Authorization

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize Troupe Studios and its payment processors to charge:

  • Membership and subscription fees;

  • Class, workshop, event, or program fees;

  • Late-cancellation and no-show fees;

  • Merchandise purchases;

  • Taxes;

  • Approved add-ons;

  • Outstanding balances; and

  • Other charges you authorize.

You must promptly update expired or invalid payment information.

If payment is declined or remains unpaid, we may suspend booking privileges, restrict account access, cancel reservations, terminate a membership, or use lawful methods to collect the unpaid balance.

You are responsible for reasonable costs associated with collecting valid unpaid amounts to the extent permitted by law.

11. Refunds, Credits, and Transfers

Except where otherwise stated in writing or required by law:

  • Completed purchases are nonrefundable;

  • Memberships and class packages are personal and nontransferable;

  • Unused classes have no cash value;

  • Class packages must be used before their stated expiration date;

  • Missing a class does not entitle you to a refund;

  • Schedule or instructor changes do not automatically entitle you to a refund; and

  • Promotional, discounted, or introductory purchases may be subject to additional restrictions.

When Troupe Studios cancels a class, workshop, session, or event, we may provide a replacement reservation, account credit, extension, rescheduling opportunity, or refund, depending on the circumstances and the applicable offer terms.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Membership Cancellation and Account Closure

Memberships must be canceled through the process stated in the applicable membership or purchase agreement.

Requesting account closure, deleting the mobile application, failing to attend, or removing a payment method does not by itself cancel an active membership or eliminate an outstanding financial obligation.

You may request closure or deletion of your account by using the account features provided through the application or by contacting:

contact@troupestudios.co

Certain information may be retained after account closure when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, payment records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, insurance, safety, or other legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Membership Freezes and Pauses

Membership freezes or pauses are available only when expressly included in the applicable membership agreement or approved by Troupe Studios in writing.

A freeze may be subject to:

  • Advance notice;

  • Minimum or maximum freeze periods;

  • Supporting documentation;

  • A freeze fee;

  • Limits on the number of freezes;

  • Continued billing on a modified schedule; or

  • An adjustment to the membership commitment period.

A verbal request to an instructor does not constitute approval of a membership freeze.

14. Changes to Classes, Instructors, and Programming

Schedules, instructors, programming, class formats, room assignments, capacity, and availability may change.

Troupe Studios may reasonably:

  • Substitute an instructor;

  • Change a class time or location;

  • Combine or cancel classes;

  • Modify a class format;

  • Establish or change prerequisites;

  • Limit enrollment or capacity;

  • Close the studio temporarily;

  • Modify program content; or

  • Reschedule an event or performance.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes, but we do not guarantee that every instructor, class, program, or time slot will remain continuously available.

15. Participation and Physical Activity

Dance, movement, mobility, conditioning, athletic training, rehearsals, performances, and related activities involve physical exertion and inherent risks.

Before participating, you are responsible for determining whether you or your minor child are physically able to participate safely.

You agree to:

  • Consider consulting a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate;

  • Inform instructors of relevant injuries, limitations, or safety concerns;

  • Stop participating and seek assistance if you experience pain, dizziness, illness, or unusual symptoms;

  • Use equipment only as directed;

  • Follow instructor and staff safety instructions; and

  • Avoid participating while impaired by alcohol, drugs, illness, or any condition that makes participation unsafe.

Troupe Studios does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Participation may require execution of a separate assumption-of-risk agreement, liability waiver, health acknowledgment, emergency treatment authorization, or parent/guardian consent form.

These Terms do not replace any separately executed waiver or release.

16. Minors and Youth Programs

Programs involving minors may be subject to additional rules concerning:

  • Attendance;

  • Arrival and dismissal;

  • Parent or guardian communication;

  • Transportation;

  • Pick-up authorization;

  • Emergency contacts;

  • Conduct;

  • Auditions;

  • rehearsals;

  • Performances;

  • Travel;

  • Competition participation;

  • Costumes;

  • Filming;

  • Media permissions; and

  • Program removal.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up unless Troupe Studios expressly agrees in writing to supervise transportation or release the minor to another authorized adult.

Troupe Studios is not responsible for a minor before the designated check-in time or after the designated dismissal or pick-up time, except to the extent required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Participation in the Troupe Studios Teen Company, professional-preparation programs, competitions, travel, filmed projects, or other extended programs may require a separate program agreement.

17. Studio Conduct

All customers, participants, guests, parents, guardians, and visitors must conduct themselves in a respectful, lawful, and safe manner.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Harassment, intimidation, bullying, or threats;

  • Discrimination or abusive behavior;

  • Sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct;

  • Fighting or physical aggression;

  • Dangerous or reckless activity;

  • Disruption of classes or events;

  • Theft or intentional property damage;

  • Unauthorized access to restricted areas;

  • Possession of unlawful substances or weapons;

  • Participation while impaired;

  • Unauthorized commercial promotion or solicitation;

  • Recording others without permission;

  • Sharing another person’s personal information;

  • Fraudulent bookings or payment disputes;

  • Violation of dress, footwear, safety, or equipment requirements; and

  • Failure to follow reasonable staff or instructor directions.

We may deny entry, remove a person from the premises, suspend privileges, cancel reservations, or terminate an account or membership when reasonably necessary to protect safety, enforce these Terms, or preserve the studio environment.

18. Recording, Photography, and Social Media

You may not photograph, livestream, or record a class, rehearsal, participant, instructor, private conversation, changing area, or nonpublic studio space without permission.

Troupe Studios may establish specific recording rules for particular classes and events.

Permission to record a portion of a class does not grant permission to:

  • Record an entire class;

  • Distribute instructional content;

  • Sell or commercially exploit footage;

  • Represent choreography as your own;

  • Record another participant without consent; or

  • Use Troupe Studios’ name, trademarks, or branding in a misleading manner.

Troupe Studios may separately request permission to photograph or record participants for educational, promotional, archival, social media, advertising, or commercial purposes.

Promotional use of a participant’s name, image, likeness, voice, or performance may require a separate photo, video, and publicity release. A parent or legal guardian must provide the required authorization for a minor.

19. Performances, Competitions, and Special Events

Participation in performances, competitions, filmed projects, premiere events, travel opportunities, auditions, or other special activities is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Eligibility may depend on:

  • Attendance;

  • Conduct;

  • Preparation;

  • Skill level;

  • Audition results;

  • Rehearsal participation;

  • Payment status;

  • Completion of required documentation;

  • Costume or travel requirements; and

  • Instructor or director approval.

Additional fees may apply for costumes, entry fees, travel, lodging, transportation, media, rehearsals, tickets, or other event-related expenses.

These opportunities may require separate agreements and deadlines.

20. Personal Property

You are responsible for your personal belongings while using the Services or visiting Troupe Studios.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Troupe Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property.

Do not bring unnecessary valuables into the studio. Any lost-and-found items may be donated, discarded, or otherwise disposed of after a reasonable holding period.

21. Intellectual Property

The Services and all associated materials are owned by or licensed to Troupe Brand LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual-property laws.

Protected materials may include:

  • Troupe Studios and Troupe Brand names and logos;

  • Website and application content;

  • Photographs and videos;

  • Class recordings;

  • Educational materials;

  • Training systems;

  • Written materials;

  • Graphics;

  • Program names;

  • Music edits;

  • Marketing materials;

  • Software;

  • Choreographic materials recorded or produced by Troupe Studios; and

  • Other original content.

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the Services for your personal, noncommercial use.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected materials without written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your preexisting intellectual property to Troupe Studios. Ownership and usage rights concerning commissioned works, collaborative projects, choreography, performances, or filmed content may be addressed in separate written agreements.

22. Feedback and Suggestions

You may voluntarily provide feedback, comments, or suggestions concerning the Services.

You grant Troupe Studios permission to use nonconfidential feedback for legitimate business purposes without compensation or obligation to you.

This provision does not transfer ownership of your preexisting creative works, choreography, business materials, or other intellectual property merely because you communicate with us.

Do not submit confidential information or third-party proprietary information through a general feedback channel.

23. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that material made available through the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement supporting your claim to:

Troupe Brand LLC
Attn: Copyright Agent
250 N. Bishop Ave, Suite 240A

Email: contact@troupestudios.co

We may request additional information necessary to evaluate or process a copyright complaint.

  • Reservation confirmations;

  • Waitlist notices;

  • Schedule changes;

  • Safety or closure announcements;

  • Updates to legal terms and policies.

Transactional communications are part of providing the Services.

Marketing emails and promotional text messages will be handled according to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing communications through the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions provided.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending nonmarketing communications necessary to manage your account, purchases, reservations, or participation.

Message and data rates may apply to text communications.

25. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or Services from Troupe Studios.

B. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your reservations, account activity, program participation, and interactions with Troupe Studios.

You may receive multiple messages during periods of increased activity, including when you make a reservation, join a waitlist, participate in a program, or communicate with our support team.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel a membership, reservation, purchase, or other agreement with Troupe Studios.

E. How to Get Help

For assistance, reply HELP to any text message we send.

You may also contact our support team at:

contact@troupestudios.co

F. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside Troupe Studios’ complete control.

G. Mobile Information and Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All other categories described in these Terms exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Text messaging opt-in data, consent records, and related mobile information will not be shared with third parties.

We may provide limited mobile information to telecommunications carriers, messaging platform providers, and other service providers solely as necessary to deliver and administer the text messaging services requested by you. These providers are not authorized to use that information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

H. Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of information in connection with text messaging are governed by the Troupe Studios Privacy Policy, available at:

Privacy Policy

26. Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are described in the Troupe Studios Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.

Parents and guardians should review the Privacy Policy before providing information concerning a minor.

27. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that websites, mobile applications, booking systems, livestreams, payment functions, or other digital Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Access may be interrupted because of maintenance, third-party outages, internet failures, emergencies, weather, power loss, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services when reasonably necessary.

28. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Troupe Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.

We do not guarantee:

  • A particular physical, artistic, professional, educational, or career result;

  • Employment, representation, auditions, bookings, scholarships, or professional opportunities;

  • Acceptance into a company, competition, performance, or program;

  • That every instructor or class will remain available;

  • That participation will be free from injury or risk; or

  • That digital Services will be continuously available or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

29. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Troupe Studios, Troupe Brand LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, representatives, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or relating to the Services.

For claims arising primarily from the purchase or use of digital services, memberships, class packages, or booking services, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Troupe Studios for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to release a party from responsibility for conduct that cannot legally be released under Texas law.

Any assumption of risk or release relating to physical participation will be addressed in a separate waiver or participation agreement.

30. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Troupe Studios, Troupe Brand LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, representatives, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Services;

  • Your material violation of these Terms;

  • Your infringement of another person’s rights;

  • Content you submit or distribute through the Services;

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity conducted through your account; or

  • Conduct by a guest or minor for whom you are legally responsible.

This section does not require you to indemnify any party for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

31. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, membership, reservation privileges, or access to the Services when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Nonpayment;

  • Fraud or chargeback abuse;

  • Safety concerns;

  • Repeated no-shows;

  • Harassment or misconduct;

  • Violation of these Terms;

  • Violation of a separate membership, program, or participation agreement;

  • Misuse of studio property or intellectual property; or

  • Unlawful activity.

Termination does not automatically eliminate outstanding payment obligations or other responsibilities incurred before termination.

When appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate suspension or removal may occur when necessary to protect participants, staff, property, or the integrity of the Services.

32. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought in a state or federal court having jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas.

You and Troupe Studios consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

33. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are material, we may provide notice through the website, mobile application, email, account notification, or another reasonable method.

The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated in the revised document, subject to any additional notice or consent required by law.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Changes will not retroactively alter a signed fixed-term purchase agreement unless that agreement or applicable law permits the change.

34. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

35. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

36. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law.

37. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable purchase agreement, membership agreement, participation waiver, parent or guardian consent, program agreement, or other written terms accepted by you, constitute the agreement between you and Troupe Studios concerning the applicable Services.

If a specific signed agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the specific signed agreement will control concerning its subject matter.
